AMC Rugby is where Amsterdam’s students discover the oval ball, learn fast, and make mates for life. Founded in 2012, the club lives by a simple idea, rugby for everyone who wants a fresh start in sport, whether you are brand new or coming back after a break. Sessions are energetic and welcoming, with clear coaching, a big focus on teamwork, and a third half that keeps the community tight.
AMC Rugby trains at Sportpark De Eendracht in Nieuw West, sharing the student rugby heartbeat of the city. You will find a friendly pathway for newcomers, regular Monday night training, and links across Amsterdam’s student scene, including the student women’s side Medusa. It is rugby with open doors, Amsterdam style, and the vibe is very much, turn up, learn, enjoy, repeat.
