Rugby Culture Returns Policy

At Rugby Culture, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and aim to make the return process as clear and straightforward as possible.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for online orders.

What items can I return?

Items purchased via rugbyculture.com  may be returned within 30 days, provided they are in their original condition.

Please note the following exceptions:

• Underwear & swimwear: non-returnable for hygiene reasons

• Socks: returnable only if sealed in original packaging

• Bottles: non-returnable for hygiene reasons

• Personalised items: non-returnable

• Pre-order items (such as Harde Leerschool or Make Contact): non-returnable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Items discounted by 60% or more are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These items will always be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Condition of returned items

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unused

• Unwashed

• Returned in the same condition as received

All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Items returned worn, damaged, or unsuitable for resale cannot be refunded.

Return shipping & address

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received, we aim to process it within 7 days.

Please note:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• If a gift card was used, the refund will be credited to the gift card first

• After processing, it may take up to 5 additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Can I combine multiple returns into one package?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process combined returns.

• Each order must be returned separately

• Even items from the same order must be returned individually if registered as separate returns

Combining returns may cause delays or refund errors. If you’ve already done this, please contact our support team and keep your proof of postage.

EU consumer rights

Rugby Culture is based in the Netherlands and operates within the European Union.

EU customers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy extends beyond this legal requirement and does not limit your statutory rights.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our support team before returning it.

In these cases:

• We will offer a replacement or full refund

• Return shipping costs will be covered by Rugby Culture

Returns from outside the European Union

If you are returning an item from outside the EU, please ensure the parcel is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

Please note:

• Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges paid at delivery are non-refundable

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
